Regular orders typically ship within 10 business days, but processing may take up to 20 business days. In-stock items (Prime products) ship the next day. Custom-made orders usually take 2-3 weeks, while bespoke orders may take 12-15 weeks.

No, there are no charges for requesting a quotation, discussing details, or getting illustrations for your custom jacket. Charges apply only when you finalize and purchase the custom order.

3- Can I choose any type of leather for my custom jacket?

Yes, we offer a wide range of leathers, including Lambskin, Sheepskin, Goatskin, Buffalo-hide, and Cow-hide. We have experience with over 200 different leather types.

4- I’m hesitant to place a custom order due to concerns about sizing, design, and quality. What can I do?

We address your concerns by ensuring Sizing: Our CS agent will guide you on taking accurate measurements to avoid sizing errors. Design & Quality: We’ll send you pictures of the actual product before dispatch to confirm the design, material, and quality.

We strive to ensure a perfect fit by sharing photos of the custom order before shipping. If alterations are needed, the first alteration is free, but you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.
