  1. To accept your order:
  2. We must first receive full payment for the goods you order. Once we receive your payment, we will confirm acceptance by sending an email to the address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order establishes a legally binding contract between us.

  3. Our Right to Decline Your Order:
  4. 2.1 - We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason, including, but not limited to the following, regardless of whether payment has been received:

    • Insufficient stock to fulfill your order.
    • We do not deliver to your area.
    • One or more items in your order were listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or pricing information errors from our suppliers.

    2.2 - If we refuse your order, we will notify you by email and re-credit your account for any sum deducted from your credit card within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment.

  5. Price:
  6. 3.1 - The prices for the goods you order are as listed on our website.
    3.2 -Additional delivery charges may apply and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Delivery charges are detailed on our website.
    3.3 - All orders are processed in USD at the prices displayed at the time of order. Conversions into other currencies are displayed for convenience and are approximate. Prices may fluctuate slightly between the date of placing the order and the date of dispatch.

  7. Your Right to Cancel:
  8. 4.1 - You may cancel your contract for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the fourteenth working day from the day after you ordered the goods. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation and there will be no penalty.
    4.2 - To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing.
    4.3 - If you have received the goods before canceling your contract, you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, do not unpack the goods when they are received and send them back to us at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
    4.4 - Special order items, such as custom-made garments, are excluded from our usual 7-day return period and can only be returned if faulty or delivered in error.
    4.5 - Once you notify us of your cancellation, any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account within 30 days of your order.
    4.6 - If you cancel the contract but do not return the goods in the condition they were delivered to you or do not pay the return delivery costs, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

  9. Delivery of Goods to You:
  10. 5.1 -We will deliver the goods to the address you provide at the time of order.
    5.2 -Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, and in any case within 30 days of your order.
    5.3 -You will become the owner of the goods once they have been delivered to you. After delivery, the goods are held at your own risk, and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

  11. Fraud Prevention:
  12. 6.1 -You agree that we may use personal information provided by you to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information may be disclosed to credit reference or fraud prevention agencies, which may keep a record of that information.
    6.2 -We will validate your name, address, and other personal information supplied during the order process against appropriate third-party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to these checks. No credit check is performed, and your credit rating is unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

  15. Events Outside Our Control:

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.   20. We accept payments via PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express. We do not accept personal checks. Your card number will be protected using SSL, an industry-leading encryption standard. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.

  21. Cancellation Policy:
  22. You can cancel your order within 2 days of placement by contacting support. If the order has been dispatched or is at your country’s customs, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you must accept the parcel and return it.

  23. Pricing:
  24. We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD. If your card currency is not USD, our system will accept the order and deduct the equivalent amount in the respective currency. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Despite our best efforts, some products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will verify prices during order processing. If a product’s correct price is lower than the stated price, we will refund the lower amount when dispatching the product. If a product’s correct price is higher, we will contact you for instructions before dispatching or reject your order and notify you. We are under no obligation to provide the product at the incorrect price.

    Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our Site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our order processing procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will refund the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a pricing error.

Nothing said by any salesperson on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorized representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
