Shipping Information:

At TheLeatherExpress.com, we strive to deliver your products swiftly and securely. We now charge a flat rate of $50 for delivery, ensuring your items arrive in top condition. We understand the importance of receiving your products promptly, so we make every effort to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. This fee helps us maintain the highest standards of packaging and handling, ensuring your purchase is well-protected during transit.

Courier Service:

To ensure a high-quality delivery experience, we use premier courier services such as:
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS
We reserve the right to select the courier that best suits the efficient delivery of your order.

APO/PO Box Addresses:

For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses.

Duty:

All the orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU ) basis. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Complimentary Items:

Orders exceeding 10 products don’t include complimentary items by default. Exceptions may apply in cases approved by our customer support representatives.

Other Policies:

Once the payment is received, the customer will be notified via email of order confirmation.

Once we ship the order and provide a tracking number, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company. In case the order is put on hold by the courier company due to any reason, or the courier company attempts to deliver the order when the customer is not at home, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier company. We recommend you to follow up with the courier once you are provided with the tracking number. After multiple delivery failure attempts at the provided address, the courier company might destroy the parcel and in this case, we won’t be responsible.

If you have multiple orders that are all shipping to the same address, we may combine them into a single shipment at our own discretion (unless otherwise instructed) to save time and money.

Once your order is dispatched, we can not reschedule the delivery to a different address. The customer will have to contact the respective courier company for further actions or a solution.

Tracking Information:

Your tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is in the hands of the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial scan to update. If it has been over 48 hours since the carrier has picked up your package and there are still no updates, please contact customer service at info@theleatherexpress.com

Deliveries:

Delivery times for each carrier choice is an estimate only. Most of our orders will be delivered within that time frame. If not, it is usually a circumstance beyond our control such as the weather or an unexpected carrier delay. Please refer to your emailed tracking number for updates regarding delivery. All orders over $450.00 will be shipped with a signature needed for delivery.
